By accessing or using BillSweep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
BillSweep is a web-based payment tracking and financial management platform that allows users to track accounts, payments, bills, upload financial statements, and receive insights about their spending.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Pro subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically each month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. BillSweep does not store your credit card information. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time through the Manage Billing portal in your account settings.
We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
You retain full ownership of the data you enter into BillSweep (accounts, payments, bills, statements). We do not sell, share, or use your financial data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
When you upload financial statements, our AI processes them to extract transaction data. Uploaded files are processed in real-time and are not retained after extraction is complete. Extracted data is stored in your account for your use only.

BillSweep is a financial tracking tool, not a financial advisor. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-extracted data and recommend you verify all information. BillSweep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We strive to keep BillSweep available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notification within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
